
This sequence focuses on full body lengthening and strengthening through a controlled low body sequence, a challenging standing balance series, chest opening and ending with a supine savasana.

This class is a slower, more mindful pace, with about 30 minutes of mindful movement, followed by 10 minutes of supine postures and meditation. We work through the warrior postures, side lunges, and pigeon for lots of hip strengthening and opening.


This steady paced sequence incorporates a full body flow including twists, warrior series, standing figure 4 balance, and lengthening poses such as low lunges, pigeon and seated stretches. Enjoy!

This 25 minute class is for anyone hoping to reset and build a little movement in the morning.

45 minute yoga class which begins supine with side stretches and core, moves into seated postures focusing on spinal movements in all directions and then flows through a chair and balance series before cooling down with 10 minutes of hip opening and savasana.

A 30 minute all levels yoga flow for hip mobility and strengthening.
