working together

I’ve spent my whole career in aim of creating space and reset in peoples bodies- whether this is through movement practices like yoga or meditation, childcare with a child development and empowerment approach, or coaching others through behavior change - my biggest desire is to support others to be the best version of themselves. Through my own life experience, I have learned the art of compassion and I believe that the easiest change comes when we have dedicated support from others.

My nutrition counseling is through the lens of our busy lives and deep desire for wellbeing. My work aims to create behavior change and sustainable habit shifts. If you’re here, you likely know that it is all too easy to set a goal and forget about it a few weeks later. Part of our work together is having an accountability partner to help you stay consistent in your health journey. Additionally, 1:1 counseling allows for a deep dive into the inner workings that may be keeping you stuck.

I hold a Master of Science in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and I am currently working toward become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) through a dietetic internship (cumulation of 1000 hours in various nutrition sectors before sitting for the national RDN exam.) At this time, I provide individualized nutrition education and wellness counseling. My services focus on nutrition education, behavior change support, and general wellness guidance and do not constitute medical nutrition therapy. I will be working with an RDN to review cases, discuss protocols and stay dedicated to evidence based practices. All the services below are introductory pricing during this period aimed at affordability and access.

  • 60 minutes — $45

This initial consultation is a dedicated hour to review your intake form and take a deep dive into your current state, including patterns, habits and routines. In this session, we’ll explore your current eating patterns and routines, lifestyle, and set specific and attainable goals, all while considering your challenges and preferences.

  • After our intial consultation, we will create a cadence for follow up sessions that works for your time, availability and budget. These sessions are custom to the individual but typically run for 30 minutes via zoom. This is a time to check in on previous goals, current habits, any challenges, and continue to refine your journey through coaching and education.

  • In addition to dedicated follow up sessions, I am available to you as an accountability and support person through your wins and through any challenges. This may look like support through text as well as personalized feedback and support that is specific to you.

  • No matter how we set up our time, work together based on your time, budget, and availability in order to set up sessions at a cadence that works best for your life. A custom package is a great option for someone who may need shorter, more frequent sessions, or for anyone under financial strain but would still love to explore nutrition counseling at a sliding scale payment option.
