We all lead busy lives but we still want to connect and move. If you’re unable to find a class time with what I currently offer, consider purchasing a recorded class to view at your easiest convenience.

To inquire about purchasing a recording, email me (hayleyloughlinjones@gmail.com) and I will send one over. I’m currently recording at least one class per week. Just like class, recording pricing works on a sliding scale $10-20.
