All Around Yoga Flow (30 Min)

A 30 minute all levels yoga flow. The middle of class devoted to hip movement and strengthening- moving through variations of lunges and warrior 2, class starts to slow down around minute 27 where we transition into a comfortable seat and move through neck stretches and end with 3 minutes of breathing. Some students may enjoy using a pillow or bolster to sit up on at the start and end of class.
