As I take a break from teaching this summer, I wanted to ensure I left a way to practice together while I’m away. In lieu of live classes during my leave, I have created a robust compilation of yoga classes through the last 5 years that will suit all types of yogis- think slow flow, quick morning flows, stronger vinyasa practices, and everything in between. This compilation will be available from 6.20.25 through 8.31.25, which means you can take classes on a regular cadence and rewatch and retake a class as many times as you’d like during this window.
